Intro

My name is Rocky Pufflenuggets and I am a typical guy living in the wonderful city of Chicago having fun, living life, and working when I have to.

I like movies, books, and Apple computers. I have a MacBook that I take everywhere and it's my best friend in the whole world. OK... I have a few other friends, and I'm sure I'll talk about them soon enough, but I really love computers.

What's New

I decided to open up my journal - that's what I call it because most of the time I write anything I'm not in the most optimistic of moods, and it's venting as much as anything else. But it helps me work things out.

Creating my Web Site

Just the other day a friend got me interested in setting up my web site. You'll love it, Rocky! he said. So I decided to take the plunge.

I had been hearing a lot about these blogs, and since I carry my MacBook with me everywhere I go I decided that maybe a few of my friends would be interested in hearing what I'm up to from time to time. I don't call them all that often - not that I'm a bad person, I just have a lot of things to do and don't force myself to make the time like I really should.

Off to a Good Start

While I can't claim to be a really great artist, I can find a lot of stuff on the web for putting my site together. I found this great template at the OSWD web site - what a great bunch of guys!

Then I decided to use WordPress for the blog and I'm off to the races! I know it's not much, but it's my first attempt and I'm just learning things as I go.

Still Having Tons of Fun

It's been a few weeks and I have to say that I'm still trying to really get into having a web site and putting things up here, and in my blog. I probably don't update things as often as I think about them, and things are changing all the time.

I'm going to try harder to update things - who knows, maybe I'll try to get some pictures up here or something. I'm not a big shutter-bug, but it's always nice to see a few photos on a page - at least the ones I like have them.

Anyway, stay tuned and I'll try to make it more interesting in the coming months.
